Adzukis
It is recommended to combine legumes and cereals to take advantage of what each provides in amino acids that are complementary (2/3 cereals per 1/3 legumes). Adzukis are among the most easily digestible and the tastiest beans.
Preparation: Soak for 12 hr. and cook in a large amount of water for 50 min. over low heat in a covered pan. Add salt only after cooking.
