Fine bulgur
Semi-wholegrain durum wheat, pre-steamed and then finely cut. A pre-cooking process exclusive to Celnat to preserve the quality of the grain. Lebanese by tradition, Bulgur is the basis for tabbouleh, meat and vegetable dishes and side vegetables.
Recipe for Tabbouleh: Pour 1.5 parts boiling water over 1 part bulgur. Leave to swell and cool. Accompany with onions, tomatoes, parsley, fresh mint, all chopped up finely. Add the juice of 1 lemon and some olive oil, salt and pepper.
